Durable Life Skills, Inc. (“DLS,” “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If you receive services from DLS, how we protect your service and health records is described in the notice we give you at intake.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the consultation or referral form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), who you are (for example, an individual, family member or employer), the service you are interested in and your message.
Technical information. When a form is sent, our system records the network (IP) address it came from so that we can stop automated abuse. That record is removed after 90 days.
No tracking cookies. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff who sign in to the DLS Staff Portal receive a sign-in cookie that is used only to keep them signed in.

Please do not include medical, diagnostic or other sensitive details in the form. We will ask for what we need, securely, once we are in touch.

How we use it

To answer your request, schedule a consultation or follow up on a referral.
To keep a record of inquiries so our team can respond consistently.
To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We never sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Your inquiry is kept in our secure staff portal, where only authorized DLS staff can see it. Email alerts to our staff say that an inquiry arrived but do not include what you wrote.

Other services this website uses

Some parts of this website are delivered by other companies, which receive your device’s IP address when your browser loads them:

Google Fonts, for the website’s typefaces, and Google Maps, for the map on our contact page.
unpkg and jsDelivr, which deliver the code and map outlines for the service-area map on our home page.
The publishers of the articles on our News & Insights page, whose pictures load from their own websites. Each article opens on the publisher’s site, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep accurate business records, and the network-address record described above for 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an inquiry you sent. Email info@durablelifeskills.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call (970) 893-2145. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

Children

This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Changes to this page

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
