Accessibility
Everyone should be able to learn about our services and reach us easily. Here is what we do to make that possible, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our accessibility commitment
Last updated November 5, 2026
Durable Life Skills, Inc. works with people of every ability, and we want our website to work for everyone too. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we review the site as we add to it.
What we have done
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page, and menus and forms that work with a keyboard alone.
- Headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers can follow, and descriptive text for meaningful images.
- Text and button colors chosen for contrast, and pages that can be zoomed to 200% and read on a phone.
- Animations that switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Form errors described in words, not just color, and announced to screen readers.
What we know needs work
- The service-area map on our home page is visual; the same information is listed in text beside it.
- Articles on our News & Insights page come from other publishers. We show their titles, dates and summaries as text, but the articles themselves are on websites we do not control.
